Earlier this year we at JUST MILK ran a promotion to Win a Chef!

We teamed up with Andy Oliver, finalist of BBC's Masterchef. Andy has continued his career as a chef and is now working as a chef at Nahm - Michelin starred Thai restaurant in the Halkin Hotel, Hyde Park Corner - London.

We received over 3,000 entries to the promotion. Our lucky winner was David Grundy and Andy Oliver cooked a truly fantastic Thai Fest at David's home in Surrey early in June!

Menu

Starter:

Rare beef, pickled cucumber and diakon salad.

Mains:

  • Braised beef penang curry with thai basil,
  • Yellow seafood curry with kaffir lime leaf,
  • Stir fry of chicken
  • Chilli and holy basil
  • Steamed thai greens with oyster sauce and crisp thai garlic.
  • Jasmine rice.

Desserts:

  • Sticky rice, coconut cream and thai mango.
  • Carved thai fruit plate to share.
