Ingredients

1 ltr semi-skimmed JUST MILK
200g pudding rice, washed
80g caster sugar
pinch of salt
pinch of ground nutmeg
50g butter

 


Method

1. Cook the rice in salted boiling water for 2 mins and drain well.

2. Bring JUST MILK to the boil in a large pan and add the drained rice, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Cover and cook over a very low heat for 30 - 40 mins.

3. Add the butter and mix well. Serve warm with a little extra JUST MILK if desired.
