Broccoli and Stilton Quiche
Ingredients
- 1 filo pastry
- 1 large bunch of broccoli
- 100 g blue cheese (Roquefort, Stilton, St Agur, …)
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl crème fraiche
- 100 ml JUST MILK
- salt & pepper
Method
- Preheat oven to 200 °C
- Roll out the dough and prick with a fork
- Prepare the broccoli: leave posies whole and cook any steam or boiling salted water for 4 minutes, drain well
- Divide the broccoli and cheese on the dough
- In a bowl, beat eggs, cream, JUST MILK, salt, pepper and pour over broccoli and cheese
- Bake in hot oven (200 °C) for 20/25 min
