Just Milk

Artisan Mac and Cheese



1. Melt 30 grams of butter
2. Stir in 30 grams of plain flour until a smooth paste
3. Cook for 2 minutes on a low heat
4. Add 600 ml of semi-skimmed JUST MILK and whisk in gradually until thickened
5. Simmer & stir for 3 mins
6. Sprinkle 200 grams Entremont Comte cheese and 200 grams Entremont Emmental cheese
7. Season, simmer & stir for 3 mins
8. In 500 grams of cooked penne pasta and pour into baking dish
9. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan
10. Bake at 180c for 30 mins or until brown
11. Serve with side salad and Bon Appetit!
