How do discount codes work?

Ensure you have added products to your basket, set the number required and whether it is a one off or regular purchase. If everything is up to date, the Update Basket button should no longer be clickable. Add your coupon code ensuring it is spelt exactly. It is not case sensitive. Click the Apply Coupon button. If there is an issue, you will see it clearly above the basket. If you have applied the code correctly,  you will see it reflected in the price below the basket. 

I forgot my password, how do I login?

Within BUY DIRECT, click My Account. When you are prompted to login, you will also see a Lost your password? link. Click this and enter your email address. If you are not sure which email address you have used, look for an email from us. 

How do I change my subscription?

Ensure you are logged in to your account at BUY DIRECT > My Account > My Subscriptions. Once you are on your active subscription, you can easily cancel, change your address, or payment method or renew the order immediately at the click of a button. If you wish to change the products within your subscription, simply cancel and create a new subscription in the shop. 

How long does shipping take?

Our fulfilment partner – NDO (Next Day Overnight) take care of JUST MILK deliveries.

Deliveries take 1-2 WORKING DAYS depending on your location and how busy the team of drivers are.

Please bear in mind that deliveries take place MONDAY to FRIDAY and that deliveries may take longer than usual with the ongoing Coronavirus situation, but they will get to you. Your patience is appreciated 🙏
